themselves and explore creative options for making their lives
better. If you are looking for more constructive ways to manage
the conflict, anxiety, heartbreak or disappointment that life
can bring, taking this important step could help you attain happiness
and health.
Martha skillfully guides her clients toward decisions and actions
that can help them develop healthier relationships, make important
life decisions and overcome fears that prevent them from living
satisfying, meaningful lives. Additionally, Marthas background
equips her in a unique way to aid clients in making life changes
that are consistent with their beliefs and values.
Clients often come to therapy because of a crisis in their lives.
Some stay after the crisis is resolved to make major life changes.
You are welcome to come in for an initial session (45 min) or
a free consultation (30 min). If the relationship feels like a
good fit, Martha will then work with you to set goals and decide
on a pace for therapy that feels right for you.
Martha is an ordained United Methodist Minister and a Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist. She also certified in career counseling.
