After years as a therapist, Stephanie is ever more confident in clients' resiliency and ability to change. She approaches every client from a strength-based perspective, helping clients to see what is working in working in their lives and what they do well, and building upon that. Stephanie identifies herself as an "eclectic" therapist, utilizing various treatment approaches based on the client's identified concerns and what is considered "best practices" in the field. When asked about her treatment approach, Stephanie states, "I enjoy therapy that is a collaborative process. I work to have clients actively involved in treatment planning, and I usually give homework at every session, so that the client can actively use the time between our sessions to work towards their goals".

Stephanie holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a School Counselor Certification from Mount Mary College.
