TRISH VAN PEURSEM, LCSW, CSAC Trish has joined Clinical Psychology Associates with over 30
years experience in counseling. Trish is a Certified Substance
Abuse Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with
an extensive background in helping clients address trauma,
depression, anxiety and addictions. Her addiction treatment
specialties include substance abuse, sex/internet, and food.
With a nurturing and compassionate style, Trish helps clients
identify their strengths while defining their personal goals. Clients
develop assertiveness in counseling sessions as they work towards
meeting their goals. In addition to clients resolving issues within
themselves and with others, Trish guides them along the path
towards achieving the ultimate goal: personal acceptance.
Trish has a Masters degree in Counseling and certifications
in EMDR, Psychodrama, and Gestalt therapies.
