If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or looking for guidance to navigate life stressors, therapy can be a beneficial experience for everyone. I strive to provide empathy and a safe space for my clients to process their emotions. This is the place to be honest and open, without judgement.
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT). I’ve had experience in residential treatment working with adolescents with mood disorders and experience in an outpatient therapy setting. My focus has been with adolescents and young adult’s aged 12-30 years old, but I have had experience working with children as young as 8 years old to adults as old as 64 years old. I utilize CBT and DBT techniques, but I am familiar with others. I will do whatever I can to help you get the care that you need.
