During these uncertain and often chaotic times, many of us are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected. Individual, couple or family counseling can provide an opportunity for you to explore your concerns and achieve healing and growth. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Whitewater and am a Licensed Professional Counselor- In Training (LPC-IT). As a therapist, my goal is to foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. No matter what concerns and life experiences you bring, I am here to help you nurture your strengths and make meaningful change.
I utilize a variety of techniques and approaches, including narrative, cognitive behavioral, and play therapy. I am passionate about working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, identities, and beliefs. I am dedicated to understanding you and your concerns through a holistic and multicultural lens. I believe that my role is to be a collaborative partner in the process of helping you take back control from the oppressive patterns and storylines that often overtake our lives.
I strive to provide a safe environment where all clients can share their stories while feeling understood, in control, and empowered. My therapeutic style is one full of compassion, curiosity, flexibility, and creativity. I believe that, working together, we can explore your concerns, goals, the life you would prefer, and how your future could look when there is open space for a new story to exist.
