Morgan practices an integrative approach to tailor the counseling process to meet the needs of each individual. Her approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and she seeks to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Morgan encourages each client to show up to the counseling space as their authentic self and utilize collaboration to work together to develop practical strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth.

Morgan utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients explore and clarify their feelings, beliefs, and meanings attributed to their experiences. This is to encourage self-discovery and promote self-acceptance.

Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Southeastern University and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW). She has worked with clients in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health clinics, and substance abuse clinics.
