Practices in Oak Creek (Telehealth also available)
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or numb? Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, or recurring negative thoughts? I hear you and I’m deeply committed to helping you achieve a happier and healthier you. I want to say that by showing up today, you’re showing up for yourself and that is something to be proud of. It takes a lot of bravery to lean into painful places, but I want you to know; you are not alone. I am honored to take this journey with you.
My goal is to create a safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to show up as your true authentic self. I know how scary it can be to be vulnerable, but I am here to sit in the tough “stuff” with you. You will feel seen, heard, and valued throughout the therapy process. By working together, we can explore your issues and reveal the root cause of your pain in order to pave the way for deep healing of past traumatic experiences. Through collaboration, connection, and growth, you will walk away feeling empowered and ready to experience the fulfilled life you deserve.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic, client-centered and includes traditional psychotherapy treatment methods such as Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Attachment Theory, & Internal Family Systems. I also offer a blend of alternative techniques that combine mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic therapies to incorporate a holistic practice of mind, body, and soul.
I am a practicum student at CPA and am currently obtaining a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of William & Mary.
I provide therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults.
