I strive to offer a therapeutic approach that is integrative, fosters trust and is whole-person focused. I believe that healing begins when individuals feel safe, understood and validated. My goal is to empower  clients to see their full potential while providing an empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive  environment. With compassion, reliability and honesty, I promote a healing environment where clients can  feel open to share their feelings, struggles and goals.  

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work at UW-Milwaukee and have nearly 20 years of experience providing services and care in Southeast WI, both clinically and within the community. My robust and  diverse Social Work background allows me to maintain a person-in-environment perspective to ensure all  client’s biopsychosocial needs are met. 

My therapeutic approach is comprehensive, and unique to each person; practices include Cognitive  Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused  strategies. I value collaborating with my clients to develop individualized goals and life-tools that will  assist them in building confidence and understanding of their own mental health. Through various modalities and psychoeducation, I enjoy supporting clients in their ability to make the life changes desired to improve overall health and well-being.
