I’ve worked as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist supporting children and families for 20 years. I work with children to help them better understand themselves through their thoughts and emotions, and work closely with families in how they can best understand and support their unique child.

I work through a strengths-based lens and seek to help children love who they are as they learn to manage their emotions, communicate more effectively, and work cooperatively with their families to overcome challenges and stress. The family system is the most powerful impetus for growth with children, so working with families in conjunction with therapy with the child is something I strongly value.

I specialize with ADHD and Anxiety in childhood and work closely with families to help them better understand the behavioral challenges at hand as well as empower them to best support their child and family with developmental and brain science-based best practices.
