I work with kids (10+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, big emotions, and life transitions, including those balancing the needs of others with caring for themselves. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns or just need space to think clearly, we’ll focus on insight, coping skills, and confidence to move toward a life that feels authentic.
