Before becoming a therapist, I was a high school teacher and coach, which taught me the importance of connection, patience, and resilience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, and my areas of focus include trauma, relationships, life transitions, stress and anger management, and mindfulness. I provide a safe and judgment-free space, taking a strengths-based and person-centered approach that incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. 

My philosophy as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients while offering unconditional support and guidance. I feel honored to work with people to navigate life’s challenges, build on their strengths, discover their potential, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
