Beginning therapy can feel intimidating! Reaching out for support often involves vulnerability, uncertainty, and change. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where your goals, experiences, and voice guide the work we do together. Without you, there is no therapy! My approach is warm, flexible, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically and feel empowered in your growth.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Marquette University in 2021 and returned to complete my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2026.

I work with adolescents (13+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and ADHD/executive functioning challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

Above all, I am committed to providing a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. It is my honor to be on the journey with you!
Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, exercising, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants around the Milwaukee area.
