Welcome! As a mental health counselor, my priority is to provide a warm, collaborative, and healing space for all clients to explore their individual paths and goals. I believe we all can create meaningful change in our lives, and therapeutic journeys look different for everyone! I tailor my interventions to meet the needs and goals of each client, while grounding my work in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Marquette University in 2023 and returned to complete my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2026. I have experience working with older adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning concerns, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, hiking, roller skating, and spending time with my pets.

I am currently accepting new clients for both virtual and in-person sessions in Fox Point and Oak Creek for ages 14+.
