I strive to be an empathetic, calm, and understanding therapist who creates a tranquil and safe space for all clients. In addition to counseling in various settings, I have a strong background in social work which allows me to hold a person-in-environment perspective to ensure all client’s psychosocial needs are met.

I enjoy working with adults and children, and also have counseling experience with a diverse population.  I approach sessions with a non-directive and conversational style to assist clients in navigating through unique life experiences.

When I develop treatment goals,  I view the client as the expert in their lives, while utilizing a person-centered and strengths-based approach to establish attainable and realistic goals.

I am passionate about uplifting clients and developing confidence, and understanding about one’s own mental health through psychoeducation.
