Hi! My name is Ariel Fountain, and I am the owner of Kind Hearts & Strong Minds Counseling. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. While I primarily work with children of all ages, I am also happy to work with adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger, behavioral challenges, family concerns, and other life stressors. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make therapy a safe and welcoming space where clients can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and experience meaningful growth.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy interventions to help clients express themselves, better understand their emotions, and develop practical tools they can carry into their everyday lives. I believe that therapy is about more than overcoming challenges—it’s also about recognizing and building upon the strengths that make each person unique.

I provide services within the Muskego Elementary School District at Bay Lane, Lakeview, and Mill Valley Elementary Schools. I also see clients at our Oak Creek, West Allis, and Waukesha office locations.
