My approach to therapy is rooted in the person-centered principles of Carl Rogers, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I view therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside you to build on your strengths, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Austin is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) who works with adults (18+) at the Menomonee Falls Clinic and with youth (16+) at Waukesha North High School. He supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, anger, grief, trauma, relationship and family concerns, career challenges, existential concerns, gender identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ issues. Austin is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while helping clients build resilience, improve well-being, and thrive through life’s challenges.
