Hi, I’m Austin. I primarily work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, burnout, and self-esteem concerns.

Sessions with me are conversational and collaborative. You’ll have the opportunity to talk through what you’ve been dealing with and receive thoughtful, informed feedback and support in a nonjudgmental environment. Together, we’ll focus on your goals to help you find greater peace of mind so you can thrive in life.
