With a decade of experience in mental health, I use an integrative approach to address such issues as anxiety, OCD, depression and interpersonal relationships. I have specialized training in DBT, ERP, and CBT and I emphasize therapy approaches that align with advocacy and social justice.
I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process and am dedicated to tailoring services to each individual. I recognize and consider the unique experiences and identities of each person, and how these factors influence treatment and the client-counselor relationship.
