Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply looking for support, I’m glad you’ve found your way here. We all deserve a place where we can show up as ourselves and be celebrated for who we are. I strive to create that kind of space for my clients.

I understand how difficult it can be to trust someone with your story, and I believe that trust is earned. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients, and I am committed to honoring their boundaries while building a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative. I value transparency, invite feedback about what is and isn’t working, and encourage self-compassion as we navigate the imperfect, messy, and deeply human process of growth. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a dash of humor into sessions because sometimes laughter can be part of healing.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and enjoy getting creative with my approach, so every person feels individually cared for.

I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, surrounded by magnolia trees, and gradually made my way to the Midwest. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis before moving to Milwaukee to pursue my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University. During graduate school, I worked at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, leading group therapy and providing individual therapy, and I quickly found Milwaukee to be my home away from home.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me walking along the lake, reading, trying not to tip over during Pilates, or making collages.

If you have questions about therapy or what to expect in a session, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to answer your questions openly and honestly and help you determine whether we’re a good fit.
