I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and accepted for who you are. I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and curiosity, creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Because each person’s journey is unique, I strive to walk alongside my clients with compassion, authenticity, and respect so they feel supported, understood, and never alone in the healing process.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, body image concerns, and the emotional stressors of everyday life. Sometimes clients come to therapy with a clear understanding of what they are struggling with, while other times they simply know they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Together, we create a safe and welcoming space to process life’s challenges while developing practical tools for healing, growth, and self-compassion.

As an art therapist, I incorporate creative expression through art, movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing. No artistic experience is needed—art therapy is not about being “good” at art, but about using creativity as a tool for expression and connection. I also integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches to help clients better understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while gently challenging unhelpful patterns.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, focusing on personalized goals and practical coping strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives. Through therapy, clients can expect to strengthen self-awareness, build healthier habits, develop resilience, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and their lives.
