Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) who received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University. She is a warm, empathetic, and driven counselor who is is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals.

During her training, Jessica worked in a clinical setting as well as a school setting. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults in all stages of life. Jessica has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a variety of mental health goals. Jessica’s therapeutic style is warm and strengths-oriented. Jessica uses a wide range of therapy practices but her preferences are cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. She believes that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and she works collaboratively with her clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can do just that. Jessica works with her clients to identify their unique mental health goals and create a plan to achieve those goals using evidence-based practices. Her priority is to make your time in therapy feel collaborative and client-driven.
