As an LPC-IT, I am dedicated to supporting children and adolescents as they navigate the complexities of emotional and behavioral development. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where children feel empowered to express themselves, explore their feelings, and build meaningful coping skills.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, and I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and strengths-based practices to meet each child’s unique needs. I believe in honoring the individuality of every child and helping them access their inner strengths to promote growth and resilience.
