Being human is hard—and I know because I am one. From personal and professional experience, I’ve know how life can be a bit easier with compassionate support. My approach is trauma-informed and needs-based, meaning I help you use the strengths you already have to navigate life and find peace of mind. I value authentic conversations in the therapeutic space, while staying realistic about what it means to be human.

My specialization and experience focus on helping others find a sense of security and belonging in an isolating world. Drawing on my training in trauma, attachment, and Gottman couples’ work, I enjoy working with people who want to reconnect with themselves, renew existing relationships, and build new connections with strong foundations. I typically work with couples (LGBTQ+, polyamory, and kink welcome!), families, and individuals ages 14 and older. I’m also interested in exploring sexuality, gender, intimacy, and attachment styles with my clients.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. I’ve worked with LGBTQ+ youth in crisis settings and with unhoused youth in the Milwaukee area, and I also have experience working with couples and adult individuals in an outpatient setting. Outside of therapy, you can find me spending time with my partner and friends, my two cats, playing board games, swimming, and caring for my many plants.
