I believe that each person knows, intrinsically, what they need to grow, heal, and thrive. In working with me, clients will learn to highlight strengths, build confidence, create meaningful goals, and focus on desired outcomes from therapy.

My current focus is in working with children and adolescents through clinic and on-site school-based therapy. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from various belief systems and using person-centered non-directive techniques that help young people foster their emotional wellness, build self-esteem, increase regulation, and expand their worldview for whole-picture success. I incorporate expressive interventions through the use of Art Therapy and play-based activities, such as storytelling, imagination, and creative problem solving. I advocate for my clients with care, work with care-givers to bridge communication gaps, and provide insights that promote understanding during crucial childhood years.

I hold a master’s degree in Art Therapy with an Emphasis in Counseling from Mount Mary University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Registered Art Therapist from the Art Therapy Credentials Board.
