Sam believes that participating in psychotherapy and taking the first step towards growth is a sign of immense strength. She also believes that with the proper support and tools, everyone has the ability and power to heal, grow, and succeed in a way that is right for the client.

Sam aims to create a safe, genuine, and empowering environment for clients to feel heard and understood, process life’s past or present difficulties, and learn how to build upon their strengths to establish confidence that they can handle what the future holds. Sam works under a pragmatic multi-modal and humanistic approach consisting of but not limited to egalitarian, attachment, and family-systems based elements. Sam acknowledges that clients are the experts of their unique experiences and lives, and in order to support each individual client, she chooses to remain open-minded, adaptive, and respectful.
