I believe it is important to partner with you to develop your goals for therapy, and I incorporate various techniques based on your individual needs. Approaches I may utilize are person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches.

My prior career as an educator has equipped me with a strong knowledge of youth development and the ability to connect with young people.
