I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of therapy, and I build this relationship by conveying empathy, genuineness, and nonjudgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I believe it is important to partner with you to develop your goals for therapy, and I incorporate various techniques based on your individual needs. Approaches I may utilize are person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. My prior career as an educator has equipped me with a strong knowledge of childhood development and the ability to connect with youth. Additionally, I have experience working with adults who have pursued therapy for a variety of reasons.
