Practices in Oak Creek, Milwaukee, and via Telehealth

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.  Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, a life transition, or relationship challenges, you’re not  alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to  heal. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are holding you back, as well as your unique  strengths. I tailor my approach to meet your needs—sometimes offering active, straightforward  strategies to help you feel more calm and empowered, and other times creating open, reflective  space for deeper connection and self-discovery. I believe authenticity, honesty, and even humor  are at the heart of meaningful, effective therapy.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to each session. My practice includes support for those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I have a  particular interest in trauma-informed and attachment-based work and strive to help clients feel truly seen and supported. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, along with a certificate in Trauma Informed Care from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. I invite you to reach out for a free  15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
