Taylor Werlinger is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) who received her Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University.

Throughout her time in the clinical field, Taylor has worked with a diverse range of populations including but not limited to adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, runaway and homeless youth, and individuals with schizophrenia, schizoaffective and co-occurring disorders. In addition, Taylor has received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). 

Taylor works with both adults and children and is currently working on her Substance Abuse Counselor License. When developing True to You Counseling LLC under CPA, Taylor’s main goal was/is to foster a friendly and safe environment for clients where they can be true to themselves while working towards mental health goals. Taylor values building a therapeutic relationship and takes a strengths-based approach when working with her clients. 

During her free time, Taylor loves to read, go for walks with her two dogs, binge TV shows, and will take on any DIY project.
