I received my MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin, love being a social worker, and specialize in anxiety, emotional trauma, social skills, self-esteem and depression.  Early in my career, I worked in schools for six years, at crisis counseling agencies, and then as an outpatient psychotherapist for the past 20 years providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy.  As a big believer in community service, I give talks at public libraries, colleges, and mental health agencies on healthy lifestyle, anxiety, communication, ADHD, perfectionism, and highly sensitive people.  I am passionate about the arts and have written a trilogy of books entitled The Breathtaking World of Anxiety, have a podcast of the same name, and a website – trevorhuskey.com – that provides free mental health resources.  I’m so lucky as my patients are so dedicated and hard-working, my colleagues are thoughtful and caring professionals, and my wife and two sons are authentic, good and loving people.  I hope I get an opportunity to work alongside you so that you can be comfortable and confident and share yourself with the rest of the world in the best ways possible.
