Welcome! Seeking support is a courageous step, and I understand that finding the right therapist can sometimes feel overwhelming.
You deserve a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—somewhere you can show up as yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is to create that space for you—one rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a genuine curiosity about your unique experiences. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through past challenges, or striving for personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support that aligns with your needs.
As an intern working towards my LPC through UW-Superior, I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, meaning that you are at the heart of our work together. I believe you already have the tools within you to grow and heal, and my role is to help you uncover them in a way that feels safe, empowering, and affirming. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be impacting your emotions and behaviors. By combining CBT with a supportive and nonjudgmental space, I help you develop practical skills to navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful change.
Rather than focusing solely on what feels difficult, we will explore what is already working in your life—deepening self-trust, strengthening your coping strategies, and developing the confidence to move forward.
