Our Oak Creek offices are located on 13th Street, across from South Shore Cinema, just one minute from I-94 and the Rawson Road exit. We are located in two of the three buildings at this office complex. Your therapist will tell you which building and suite she/he is in: either 7280 S 13th Street, Suite 202, or 7300 S 13th Street, Suite 102. When you arrive, please have a seat in our waiting area, and your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.
