Blog Highlight: Grief and Loss
Grief is one of the most deeply personal experiences we face, and it doesn’t follow a predictable path. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or even a sense of normalcy, grief can bring a wide range of emotions—sadness, anger, confusion, guilt, and even physical symptoms like fatigue or difficulty sleeping. No two people experience grief the same way, and there is no “right” way to process loss. While grief can feel overwhelming, support is available. Therapy offers a safe space to process emotions, honor what has been lost, and gradually find meaning and a path forward. With guidance, individuals can learn healthy ways to cope, reconnect with daily life, and move forward while still honoring their experiences and memories.
